From clear positioning
to effective communication
In a two-part moderated discussion, we will work closely with your marketing team to define the core of your brand and set up guidelines for effective communications.
We will need one whole day or two half-days with your team. Please ask everyone who is responsible for your marketing, as well as other key decision-makers, to attend the workshop.
Whether you want to optimise communications or launch a new concept, the goal of the workshop is to ensure that your company stands apart, that your brand has longevity, and that your corporate identity is resilient to crisis. It is equally important that your new brand design will be fully endorsed by all those who have a say in it from your company.
In the first part of our workshop, we dig deep to discover the true essence of your brand. Together we find answers to core questions:
After we have defined WHAT it is, we will brainstorm on HOW to name and design it. Together we will identify how to express the uniqueness of your brand. That means going beyond design issues and analyzing the media options best suited to getting the message out. Discussions will include various approaches for the creative strategy, an analysis of past experiences, and the consideration of new possibilities.
You will receive a written evaluation of the workshop, laying the foundation for consistent and authentic brand communications. The consensus of all participants prevents the process from being prolonged by ongoing discussions and uncertainties. The endless discord within your team will be a thing of the past. You’ll save valuable resources as you move forward with a creative strategy that can be implemented immediately.
